Welcome to the Dyrham Park Padel League ("the League"). By registering to take part, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The League is open to members of Dyrham Park Country Club and invited guests.
• Players must be aged 16 or over (unless otherwise agreed by the organisers).

2. Entry & Fees

• Entry is confirmed once the £25 team entry fee has been received.
• Court bookings are the responsibility of players and must be paid for separately via Playtomic.

3. League Format

• Teams will be placed into appropriate leagues based on entries and (where relevant) playing standard.
• The organisers reserve the right to adjust formats, schedules, and structures if necessary to ensure smooth running of the competition.
• Matches must be completed within the timeframe allocated. Failure to do so may result in points being awarded or deducted at the organisers' discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

• Players are expected to show good sportsmanship, respect opponents, and treat club facilities responsibly.
• Abuse, misconduct, or repeated no-shows may result in removal from the League without refund.

5. Communication & Contact Details

• By registering, you agree that we may contact you and your partner by email, phone, or WhatsApp for purposes relating to the League (fixtures, results, announcements, news).
• You confirm that your partner has consented to you providing their details for this purpose.

6. GDPR & Data Protection

• We will collect and store your name, email address, phone number, and playing category for the sole purpose of administering the League.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
• League tables, fixtures, and results may be published online and in WhatsApp groups. By registering, you consent to your name being displayed publicly in this context.
• You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the organisers.
• Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to operate the League.

7. Liability

• All players participate at their own risk.
• Dyrham Park Country Club and the organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during matches.
• Players are encouraged to ensure they have suitable personal insurance.

8. Changes & Cancellation

• The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to fixtures, rules, or schedules as required.
• In the event of a full league cancellation, entry fees may be refunded at the organisers' discretion.

9. Acceptance

By registering for the Dyrham Park Padel League, you confirm that you:

• Have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• Have the consent of your playing partner to share their details.
• Agree that the organisers may contact you regarding the League.
